Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. In case of order cancellation, please ensure it is done before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. Return details are mentioned on the respective product page. The return policy of a product may be changed without prior notice.
2. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.
4. Return/Exchange charges will be ₹80–₹100, depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

• Refund requests are accepted in case of a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design, or if an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order.
• Once the product has been picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the same mode of payment.

Note for Return:

• Items must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.
• Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return/Exchange requests raised after the return period (refer to the product page) will not be accepted.
