Many of our products are suitable for regular use. However, to maintain the shine and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, chemicals, and excessive moisture.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Do you provide replating services?
Yes, replating services are available for selected products. Replating charges and logistics costs are borne by the customer and may vary depending on the product.

Yes. We currently deliver across India.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are delivered within 3–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp. You may also track your order through our tracking page if available.
Which courier partners do you use?
We work with leading logistics providers including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, DTDC, and other trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Prepaid Payment Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do I get any benefit for choosing prepaid payment?
Yes. Free shipping is available on eligible prepaid orders above ₹500. Prepaid orders are also processed faster as payment verification is completed immediately.
What should I do if my payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed?
If your payment is deducted and you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at info@saanjhjewels.in with your transaction details. Our team will assist you promptly.
Will I receive a payment confirmation after placing an order?
Yes. Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you offer returns?
We do not offer general returns. Exchanges are only available for damaged products, wrong items received, or size-related issues, subject to our policy terms.
How are refunds processed?
If a refund is approved, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer. Refunds are generally processed within 8–15 business days after approval.
