Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Saanjh Jewels, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We do not offer returns for change of mind or preference.

Exchanges are only available in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item received

  • Size-related issues

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Raise the request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a complete and clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue being identified.

  • Ensure the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Provide proof of purchase or order details.

Products that appear used, damaged after delivery, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Any item sent back without prior approval from our team will not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • For size exchanges, a shipping and handling charge of ₹80 will be applicable.

  • Customers may be required to bear return logistics charges as communicated by our support team.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.

If the requested size or design is unavailable, alternative options may be offered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with the mandatory unboxing video. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products without a valid unboxing video

  • Used or worn products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Gift cards, if applicable

Refunds

Refunds are only processed in cases where an exchange is not possible and a refund is approved by Saanjh Jewels.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer based on the details provided by the customer.

Refunds are generally processed within 8–15 business days after approval.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
