If your jewellery experiences tarnishing or plating discoloration within 6 months under normal usage, we will provide a one-time replacement, subject to our warranty terms.

Our goal is to ensure that every customer enjoys long-lasting shine and complete peace of mind with every purchase.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

To process a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • The warranty is valid for 6 months from the delivery date.

  • The product must be in good physical condition with no signs of misuse.

  • Warranty applies only to tarnishing or plating discoloration under normal wear.

  • A valid Order ID, invoice, or purchase confirmation is required.

  • Each product is eligible for one replacement only during the warranty period.

  • Once a replacement has been issued, the warranty for that product is considered fulfilled.

  • If the same design is unavailable, Saanjh Jewels may offer store credit of equal value, valid for 2 months.

  • Shipping charges for warranty replacements are to be borne by the customer.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or minor surface scratches

  • Damage caused by accidental drops, bending, or impact

  • Broken chains, clasps, hooks, stones, pearls, beads, or missing components

  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling

  • Jewellery exposed to perfumes, deodorants, cosmetics, harsh chemicals, or cleaning agents

  • Products altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Saanjh Jewels

  • Loss or theft of jewellery

How to Claim Your Warranty

We've made the warranty process simple and hassle-free.

Step 1 – Contact Our Support Team

Reach out to us on WhatsApp within 6 months of receiving your order.

Step 2 – Share Your Details

Send us:

  • Your Order ID

  • Product name

  • Clear photographs showing the tarnishing or plating issue

Step 3 – Claim Verification

Our quality team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and confirm whether it qualifies under our warranty policy.

Step 4 – Replacement

Once approved, we'll arrange a one-time replacement. If the product is unavailable, we'll issue store credit of the same value.

  • Store jewellery in a clean, dry, airtight pouch or jewellery box.

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and other chemicals.

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping.

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use.

  • Keep away from excessive moisture, humidity, and prolonged direct sunlight.

  • Store each piece separately to prevent scratches.
